Job Description
Seeking customer service representative for
entry-level position in tradeshow industry.
Duties would include data
entry, phone support, customer service, and occasional warehouse work.
Applicant MUST be mobile, energetic, and willing to travel by air with a
support team to top US destinations for at least 5-7 days at a time for the
purposes of delivering onsite installation, support, and training of
end-users. EPIC will provide customer service and technical training.
Applicant must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills,
excellent keyboarding skills, positive attitude and professional appearance.
Must be comfortable and confident dealing with customers face to face.
Applicant must be physically fit and able to lift boxes 25lbs.
Knowledge
of MS-Office applications a plus.
